Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the order has been shipped.

To cancel an order:

  • Open a support ticket
  • Enter your order details and follow the prompts

If your order has not yet shipped, a full refund will be issued.

If your order has already shipped, you must follow the return process below.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase under the conditions described below.

1. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect:

  • Provide a brief description and clear photos of the issue
  • ClickBank will issue return instructions
  • A prepaid return label will be provided
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, you may choose between:

2. Returns Due to Customer Preference

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer wish to keep the product:

  • Returns are accepted within 90 days
  • Only unopened and sealed bottles are eligible for return
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns
  • Please do not use "Return to Sender" or "Refused" shipments

Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Partial vs. Full Refunds

  • To receive a full refund, all products from the original order must be returned, including any free or bonus items.
  • If only part of the order is returned, the refund will be issued per product, based on the individual sale price of each eligible item.
  • Opened or used bottles are not eligible for a refund.

Digital Bonuses (Important Notice)

Any digital products (including eBooks, guides, or downloadable materials) provided with your purchase are offered as free digital bonuses.

  • These digital bonuses are delivered instantly
  • They are non-refundable
  • They have no standalone monetary or cash value

Standalone Digital Products (Paid eBooks)

Subscription Products (Recurring Physical Shipments)

Some VitaraX products may be offered as recurring physical shipments (subscription plans).

  • Billing frequency, product quantities, pricing, and shipment timing vary depending on the specific offer selected and are clearly disclosed prior to purchase on the sales page and checkout form.
  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by contacting ClickBank Customer Support.
  • Once a subscription is canceled, no future charges or shipments will occur.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

  • Each successfully billed and shipped subscription order is treated as a separate physical product order.
  • Shipped subscription orders are subject to the same return and refund conditions as standard one-time physical purchases.
  • Refunds are not automatically issued for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product

How to Return Your Product

RMA Requirement: Before returning any product, you must contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience significant delays in processing. Please clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the return package.
